The Printwear & Promotion exhition is the only trade show to the cater exclusively for the UK’s garment decoration industry. The worlds leading brands available through UK based distributors will be on display together with manufacturers and distributors of embroidery machines and accessories, screen printing and digital printing technology.

The exhibition will be held at the NEC exhibition centre in Birmingham from March 4th-6th 2007

The Quayside Group moved their office and warehouses on July 2nd from their Manchester City centre location to a combined office and distribution centre. The new location is already benefiting customers. According to Quayside Director Debra Hutchings “We have been able to increase our stock levels by 30%. Having more goods here ready to dispatch has greatly improved the speed at which we are able to get orders out. Customers are already noticing the difference”. The new offices and distribution centre offers a improvements for customers as well a better working environment for employees.

The expansion of the Quayside group continues. Our commitment to the future is apparent in the groups investment in newly built offices and distribution centre. According to Quayside Group Managing Director Michael Conway – “The move will enable us to better serve our customers. We have outgrown our current office and warehouses. Our new site will enable us to hold more stock and distribute quicker from a purpose built site”

We have now added online tracking for orders weighing over 1.25 kilos*.

By integrating with our couriers systems customers can see the location of their order.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers can log into their accounts and check the status of their order or click in the link sent with the dispatch notification e-mail.

We are making delivery faster on orders paid by cheque. Normally we would have to wait up to 10 days for cheques to clear.

The latest instant cheque clearance technology has now been added to our payment system. Cheques are now processed on receipt. The majority receive immediate clearance reducing the delivery times on orders paid by cheque by 7 days.
